- Make a list: Consider the size of the venue and the atmosphere you want.
- Date, time, and location.
- Dress code (if any)
Circus Theme Fancy Dress Party
- Venue
- Choose the Venue:
- Book rooms
- Pay the deposit.
- Pay the final bill.
- Food and Drinks
- Menu: Everyone to choose from the menu.
- Drinks: Sort the Wine and drinks on arrival.
- Special Diets: Make sure to cater to any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
- Logistics and Final Touches
- Seating Arrangements: Do a table plan for the sit-down dinner.
- Enjoy the Party. As the party organiser, it’s essential to enjoy the party too.
Tips
- Prepare a Checklist: Keep a to-do list with deadlines to stay on track.
- Overestimate Places: Better to have too many as we can always invite friends if needed.
- Keep Calm: Things might not go exactly to plan, but flexibility is key to hosting a great party.
