E1 - PROBLEM: Wrong temperature, Not heating properly, Temperature control sensor, short circuit or open circuit. – SOLUTIONS: Need qualified service technician
E2 - PROBLEM: Wrong temperature, Protection sensor, Not heating properly, Temperature control sensor, short circuit or open circuit. – SOLUTIONS: Need qualified service technician
E3 - PROBLEM: High water temperature indicator, Not heating properly, The filled water is over 45°C (113°F). Water is between 2°C – 44°C (36° F – 111°F) – SOLUTIONS: Unplug the Control unit and reset the GFCI/RCD. If this does not solve the solve the problem please contact your dealer for service
E4 - PROBLEM: Low water temperature indicator, All functions do not work, beeping warning, The spa water is lower than 2°C (36°F) – SOLUTIONS: Unplug the Control unit and reset the GFCI/RCD. Add warmer water to the tub, if this does not solve the problem please drain the spa and contact your dealer for service
E5 - PROBLEM: High water temperature indicator, All functions do not work, beeping warning, The filled water is over 50°C(122°F) – SOLUTIONS: Unplug the Control unit and contact your dealer for service
E6 - PROBLEM: Water pressure is not high enough to activate heating, Not heating and filtering properly. Beeping warning, Inlet or outlet on inner wall are blocked. Filter cartridge is too dirty. Spa water does not reach minimum water level. Air-lock in pump - SOLUTIONS: Clean inlet and outlet. Clean or replace filter. Add water to reach min. water level. Remove the air lock. If this does not solve the problem, please call for service
E7 - PROBLEM: Dry-run heater, All functions do not work, beeping warning, No water in the spa, system shut down automatically – SOLUTIONS: Add additional water to the spa and make sure the pump connectors are not blocked. If this does not solve the problem please contact your dealer system shut down automatically
