Step 1: Pull gently from one side of the spa pillow until it has come away from the lug
Step 2: Pull the other side of the pillow until also comes away from the lug
Step 3: Pull gently from one side of the spa pillow until it has come away from the lug
Step 4: Position new pillow against lugs and push down until they pop into place
