FAR HEATING: We only use heating panels which are extremely safe, with an average EMF level of 1.3 mG, 43% less than the EMF levels of average saunas.Features the latest technology with 4 Mica FAR infrared heaters that last 3000 to 5000 hours each. 

HEATER LIFESPAN: The Mica panels distribute heat evenly across the entire surface area of the panel and are incredibly energy efficient. Each heater can reach up to 140°F and has a lifespan of up to 5000 hours – almost double the life of other sauna heaters.

F.A.Q.

When will the delivery date be?

We are currently booking 1 to 2 weeks from order at the moment however if you are flexible with date and time of delivery, we may be able to accommodate a faster delivery. If not quite ready for delivery, if you order the sauna we can hold the sauna and order for up to 6 months or whenever you are ready to take delivery.

What make is your sauna?

Canadian Spa. Referrals are our number 1 source of new business. Therefore whenever we make a product we over engineer at every point so that it is best in class at any price point. From the way we use a sandwich of Mica heaters rather than ceramic rods to create the lowest possible EMF to the solid hemlock frame rather than pressboard full of glue, we use only the best materials and compliment this with very best customer service so that you can be confident with your product and the back up that comes with it.

Can the door open to the left instead of the right?

Whilst the standard configuration is the door opening to the right-hand side it is possible to have the door open to the left instead. There are little plastic feet running along the bottom of the glass door. When you flip the front glass side 180degrees as long as you swap the plastic feet to the new bottom side the door with then open to the left-hand side instead.

 

What is to stop you getting burnt by the heaters?

Infrared saunas are not like traditional saunas whether the elements have to be hot like molten lava to heat up rocks so you can subsequently heat up the air so whilst the heaters are warm to the touch its not the same kind of heat. Moreover there is a lattice of wood which houses the Mica heater panels which is a couple of centimetres thick away from the heaters which is what you back would rest on rather than directly on the heater itself.

What is the running costs of the sauna?

The running cost is approx 13p per use.  

What is the max temperature?

70C. However unlike traditional saunas where you need to get the sauna to heat the air up to 70C before entering. On an infrared sauna you would enter at 35C and allow your core body temp to climb with the sauna although it doesn't seem like a very high starting temp, shortly after you perspire, a lot which allows you to cleanse your pores.
