My Fraser Gazebo was delivered soon after purchase but was installed on Monday 11th August by Matt from Hot Tub Solutions and I have to say that the product and service received both meet my highest satisfaction. I am waiting in a section to be replaced due to some storage or packaging issues which was arranged by Matt without me having to raise the point and having now used my new tub although not a Canadian spa product I am delighted with the gazebo, it finished off my total installation perfectly - Graeme Dunn - Balerno Scotland
