Swim Spa must be full of water before arrival

  • CALL: Technician will call you to determine your Swim spa make and model as well as access. Any faulty components can be identified prior to service visit

  • CHECK: Swim Spa will be checked over to find any faults (leaks, tripping electrics etc.)

  • FIND: Once fault(s) has been found, the customer will be given an explanation of the procedure to fix.

  • QUOTE: We then prepare a quote explaining the costs of parts needed to repair.

  • REPAIR: Faulty part(s) will be removed and new part fitted.

  • TEST: Once swim spa is restarted our technician will check for the following: leaks, spa heating, pumps running without air blockages, jets open and clear, filters clear, or replace and chemicals replenished (if required)

  • RECAP: Customer will be shown the removed faulty part(s) and the swim spa running/heating.

(Please be aware that any faulty parts needed or suggested while doing the services are not included within this price)

NOTE TO CUSTOMER: Please be aware it is up to the customer to make sure all sides are accessible for panels to be removed for the technician to perform his job. The technicians are not allowed to remove decking or objects which are restricting access to spa.

If the swim spa has a Gazebo fitted or swim spa is sunk into the ground which is restricting access the technician will only be able to perform part of his duty.
