SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS

Use of Canadian Spa Chemicals is highly recommended. Chlorine in stabilised granular form is the preferred and recommended sanitiser. Other unapproved sanitisers such as calcium hypochlorite, tri-chlor type chlorine or any other sanitising chemical that may remain undissolved will void this warranty. Sanitiser tabs or pucks are not recommended because spas that are sanitised like this are mainly left for extended periods, leading to high levels of hot and steamy chemical vapours that build up beneath the cover, causing premature deterioration of the cover. You are advised to wash the underside of the cover more frequently when using slow-release tabs. Ensure the cover is fully open for 30 mins after adding shock or other chemicals. Chemical damage is not covered under this warranty.
