If I start with the sales experience — we came to your showroom and warehouse in Redhill, with a wife who was in two minds as to whether we wanted a hot tub. Everyone's passion and product knowledge was so clear and enthusiastic that it was an easy sell. You really knew your detail and all questions were answered, including evaluating which tub suited our needs best.
The delivery was on the date requested, and the chaps who installed gave my wife very helpful and clear details as to how to maintain the tub, including when and how much chemical was needed, and what needed cleaning and when. These details have ensured our tub has stayed in perfect working order with perfect chemical balance throughout the winter and spring.
We were unfortunate that the original tub sprung several leaks after a fortnight, and your engineer came over immediately and after several hours of trying to repair the leaks came to the conclusion that our tub had failed his quality control as the holes were defective. He immediately condemned the tub. The tub was changed out and replaced without any issue and efficiently — fantastic customer service.
We have since had lots of fun throughout the winter and spring, and regularly get asked by friends where we got the tub from — I am always happy to recommend you. I can clearly see you have a strong emphasis on providing a quality product and matching that with first-class service, including down to no hassles when ordering chemicals over the internet.
