Xavier Labelle
Your own sauna at home
Relaxation, recovery, and a genuine sense of wellbeing, that’s what a sauna brings into your home. The Tremblant 2-Person Sauna delivers all of that with modern looks, smart engineering, and easy day-to-day usability. It’s designed to make daily wellness moments possible without an expensive spa visit, and it’s especially well suited to couples, families, or anyone who wants to invest in regular self-care.
Modern infrared comfort for deeper relaxation
Eight FAR-infrared heaters generate efficient warmth that reaches beyond the skin to deeper layers of muscle and tissue. This style of heat therapy is widely associated with improved circulation, stress relief, muscle relaxation, and better recovery. Highlights include:
- FAR infrared heaters with up to 5,000 hours of life per element
- Adjustable temperature from roughly 20 °C to 60 °C
- Digital controls with timer, auto-start, and pre-heat
More than warmth: LED, Bluetooth, and aromatherapy
Wellness isn’t just heat. The Tremblant adds layers that turn each session into a multisensory experience:
- Built-in Bluetooth audio for music or podcasts through onboard speakers
- LED chromotherapy lighting to set the mood
- An aromatherapy tray for essential oils
- Safety glass doors and windows for an open, modern feel
It’s a design built for unwinding evenings or daily self-care alike.
Solid build Canadian hemlock
The cabin is crafted from Canadian hemlock, a durable wood that brings natural warmth and an honest aesthetic. The result is a stable, long-lasting structure with a calming, organic look that feels at home in any room.
Simple to run, safe to use
The Tremblant plugs into a standard 230 V outlet, no specialist wiring required. Safety highlights include around 1,920 W of output, very low EMF emissions (≈ 1.3 mG, well below many competitors), and a one-year warranty on the heaters and cabin. Less setup, more relaxation.

Made for the home
Compact enough for a bathroom, wellness room, basement, or covered outdoor space, but spacious enough for two, the Tremblant is a natural addition to a garden wellness corner, a home spa or gym, or any everyday wellness routine.
Bottom line
Modern infrared technology, comfort features like Bluetooth and LED ambience, premium long-lasting wood, and easy installation, once it’s in place, the Tremblant gives you a sauna at home to use whenever you like.

Space and power
- Allow for the 127 x 105 cm footprint, room for the door to open, and space around the sides during assembly.
- Check the ceiling height: the cabin is 195 cm tall.
- Choose a level, dry floor indoors. Our garden sauna guide explains why indoor cabins should not simply be put outside.
- Use a dedicated socket, not an extension lead.
- Plan the delivery route: it arrives in heavy boxes, and one customer review mentions carrying it from the pavement. Have two people ready.
Running costs
At its full 1,920W, the Tremblant uses at most about 1.92 kWh an hour. A 45-minute session, including warm-up, uses up to about 1.44 kWh, which is about 38p at the October to December 2026 Ofgem cap rate of 26.32p per kWh. The real figure is often lower, because the heaters do not need full power once the cabin is warm.
| Use | Maximum monthly cost |
|---|---|
| 3 sessions a week | About £4.90 |
| 5 sessions a week | About £8.20 |
| Daily | About £11.50 |
Using it safely
- Start with 10 to 15 minutes at a moderate temperature and build up.
- Drink water before and after.
- Do not use it after alcohol.
- You shouldn't use a sauna while pregnant.
- If you have a heart condition, blood pressure problems or another medical condition, speak to your GP first.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to warm up?
It depends on the room temperature and the setting. Use the pre-heat or auto-start function so it is ready when you are.
Is it hard to assemble?
The cabin uses a locking clasp system. Two people make it much easier, mainly because of the weight of the panels.
Chilliwack or Tremblant?
The Chilliwack is smaller and seats 1 to 2. The Tremblant gives two people more room, with eight heaters.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the bench and floor with a damp cloth after use, sit on a towel, and leave the door open afterwards to let it air.
