Buying and support guide

We supply the Oval Sauna - Hourglass 15 minute timer with clear specs and UK support. Before you order, check it suits your spa model, size, connector type, power supply and access. This helps you avoid delays and returns.

Replacing a part? Match it to your spa's model and year where you can. For pumps, control packs, heaters, jets, covers, filters, topsides and plumbing, check the part number and connection type. Compare delivery time, warranty and support as well as price.

Running costs matter as much as the price you pay. Energy use, insulation, cover condition, filters and water care all affect long-term value. Replacing worn parts early and keeping the water moving and filtered can save on repairs.

Looking for a whole new tub rather than a part? Compare hot tubs, swim spas and saunas by seating, hydrotherapy, who will use it and the space you have.
