The Tremblant Sauna

A proper two-person wellness cabin — side-by-side with elbow room, not squeezed in. Inside are 8 Mica FAR infrared heaters (not ceramic rods), distributing even radiant heat up to 60 °C across the wider cabin. EMF averages 1.3 mG — 42× lower than competing saunas. Canadian Hemlock tongue-and-groove, dual-wall construction, clicks together with locking clasps — no tools, 5–6 main pieces, typically 30 minutes with two people. Plugs into any UK 13 A socket. Same sauna experience as the Chilliwack, bigger format.

Canadian Hemlock · tongue-and-groove · dual-wall construction

One wood, chosen on purpose. Canadian Hemlock — light-grained, low-resin, low-scent, dimensionally stable at sauna temperatures. Tongue-and-groove panels, dual-wall construction, clips together with locking clasps — no tools, 5–6 main pieces, around 30 minutes with two people. Tempered safety glass door with a reversible hinge (flip to open left instead of right). If you only ever sauna solo, step down to the Chilliwack (101.5 × 96.5 cm). Read the reasoning →

Delivery & Install
Kerbside · free mainland UK · 1–2 weeks

— Arrives kerbside on a pallet, free to mainland UK. Total weight 137 kg, but the sauna breaks down into 5–6 panels on delivery — each panel 15–30 kg, one person can carry individual panels. Nothing like a 140 kg hot tub shell that arrives as one slab. Honest note on White Glove: most customers don't need it. Assembly is genuinely straightforward — no tools, click-together locking clasps, typically 30 minutes with two people. Seriously consider kerbside and save the £300. The upgrade is there for customers who want it carried upstairs, who have mobility concerns, or who simply don't want to fuss — we'd rather you knew.

§ 01 · Why A Mica Infrared Sauna

Sweat. Recover. Repeat.
Two people, eight heaters.

Most home infrared saunas at this size sit in the £3,500–£6,000 bracket. The Tremblant is £2,099.00, and it gets there without cutting the bits that actually matter. Cheap entry saunas typically ship with 4 ceramic rod heaters — point sources that cook you in stripes rather than bathe you in even heat, and that run EMF figures the brochure won't print. Premium imports do fix those problems, but you're paying a category premium for a badge.

The Tremblant takes the honest middle path. Eight Mica FAR infrared heaters — not ceramic rods — distribute heat evenly across the wider two-person cabin, each reaching 140 °F, rated for 3,000–5,000 hours of life. Eight heaters for the bigger footprint means the heat-up time stays the same as the smaller Chilliwack — more heaters over more area, same sauna experience. Mica's other win is low electromagnetic emission: 1.3 mG average · 42× lower than competing saunas. That number is user-verified and we print it because the category mostly doesn't. Temperature is digital, 20 °C to 60 °C, with most owners entering at around 35 °C — infrared heats your core body, not the surrounding air, so you don't need the blast-furnace 90 °C of a traditional Finnish sauna to get the same sweat.

Cabinetry is Canadian Hemlock — light-grained, low-resin, dimensionally stable at sauna temperatures. Tongue-and-groove panels, dual-wall construction, clips together with locking clasps. No tools. 5–6 main pieces. Typically 30 minutes with two people. Door is tempered safety glass with a reversible hinge (flip it to open left instead of right). Controls include a digital panel with timer and pre-heat, Bluetooth speakers, LED chromotherapy with 20+ colours, and an aromatherapy canister — all pre-installed at the factory. Plugs into any UK 13 A socket, draws 1,920 W total — roughly ~39p if the heaters ran flat out; 20–25p typical at 2026 UK rates (heaters cycle down once at temperature). Free kerbside mainland UK delivery. 12 months all-in, parts and labour. That's the spec.

§ 02 · What's Inside

Every feature earning its place.

Eight Mica FAR infrared heaters — not ceramic rods. 1.3 mG EMF average — 42× lower than competing saunas. Canadian Hemlock tongue-and-groove, dual-wall construction. Digital controls, Bluetooth, 20+ LED chromotherapy colours and an aromatherapy canister pre-installed. Plug-and-play 13 A — no electrician. Click-together assembly — no tools. Post-run. Pre-meeting. Sunday reset.

01 · HEATERS
8Mica
Eight FAR Infrared Mica Heaters

Eight Mica FAR infrared heaters built into the wall panels — two more than the smaller Chilliwack, matched to the wider two-person footprint so heat-up time stays the same. Mica panels radiate evenly across a wide surface area rather than cooking you in point-source stripes, each reaches 140 °F, and they're rated for 3,000–5,000 hours of life. They're also why the Tremblant can publish a 1.3 mG EMF figure — ceramic rod heaters generally can't.

02 · EMF
1.3mG
42× Lower Than Competing Saunas

Average EMF reading inside the cabin is 1.3 mG — 42× lower than competing saunas. Most of the category either doesn't publish an EMF figure or prints one measured at an awkward distance from the heater. Mica heaters are the reason we can — they run a fundamentally cleaner electromagnetic signature than ceramic rods. The number matters most if you're a long-session, multiple-times-a-week user.

03 · TECH
BT+LED
Bluetooth · Chromotherapy · Aromatherapy

A digital control panel handles temperature, timer and pre-heat (schedule a warm-up so the cabin's ready when you walk in). Bluetooth speakers pair with your phone. LED chromotherapy cycles through over 20 colours — the system is calibrated to target specific ailments colour-by-colour. An aromatherapy canister sits inside for essential-oil mood work. Dry heat — no water, no plumbing, no sanitation routine.

04 · CABIN
101cm
Canadian Hemlock · Tongue-and-Groove

Canadian Hemlock — light-grained, low-resin, low-scent, dimensionally stable at sauna temperatures. Tongue-and-groove panels, dual-wall construction. Footprint 127 × 105 cm, height 195 cm. Dry weight 137 kg (302 lbs), but the sauna ships as 5–6 panels — each 15–30 kg, one-person lift. Not Canadian cedar and not made-in-Canada; Canadian Spa Co. is Canadian-founded with UK support from Redhill, Surrey.

05 · CAPACITY
1–2adult
Two-Person Cabin · Side-By-Side

Honest spec: this is a genuine two-person sauna. 127 × 105 cm footprint gives two adults room to sit side-by-side on the interior bench with elbow room — not squeezed in. Both sit upright, shoulders above the heater line. If you only ever sauna solo, step down to the Chilliwack (101.5 × 96.5 × 190.5 cm) — same Mica-heater principle, smaller cabin, £200 less.

06 · POWER
13A
Plug & Play · No Electrician

Plugs into any standard UK 13 A socket, ideally RCD-protected. No hardwiring, no electrician, no isolator. Total draw 1,920 W — still well inside a domestic ring-main's budget. A 45-minute session at 2026 UK rates is ~39p if the heaters ran flat out — in practice they cycle down once the cabin's at temperature, so a typical session lands closer to 20–25p. Heat-up time 10–20 minutes — same as the smaller Chilliwack, because more heaters cover more area. Digital pre-heat timer lets you schedule it ready for when you walk in.

07 · DOOR
R/L
Tempered Glass · Reversible Hinge

Full-height tempered safety glass door — the visual cue that turns this into a piece of wellness equipment rather than a cupboard. The hinge is reversible — flip the door during assembly to open left instead of right, so the cabin works in whichever corner of the room you've chosen. Handle both inside and out.

08 · ASSEMBLY
30min
Click Together · No Tools

The Tremblant ships as 5–6 main panels — back, two sides, front-with-glass-door, floor, ceiling — that click together with locking clasps. No tools, no screws to drive, no cabling to route (heaters, controls, speakers and LEDs are pre-wired into the wall panels at the factory). Typically 30 minutes with two people. Most owners don't need the White Glove upgrade.

§ 03 · The Cabin

One wood,
chosen for the job.

The Tremblant ships in a single specification: Canadian Hemlock tongue-and-groove, dual-wall construction, tempered safety glass door with reversible hinge, eight Mica FAR infrared heaters pre-installed, digital controls, Bluetooth, LED chromotherapy and aromatherapy canister all built in from the factory. No colour options, no trim levels. One cabin, built to do the job.

01

Canadian Hemlock — low-resin, low-scent, stable.

The Tremblant is framed in Canadian Hemlock — light-grained, low-resin, low-scent, dimensionally stable at sauna temperatures. Hemlock is the home-sauna category's working wood for a reason: it doesn't bleed sap like softer species, and it holds its tolerances through the heat-cool cycle. Important: this isn't cedar. If you're cross-shopping "cedar sauna" listings, Hemlock is the correct timber for an infrared cabin at this size.

02

Tongue-and-groove, dual-wall.

Panels are tongue-and-groove jointed — the traditional sauna joint, not butt-joined sheets. Construction is dual-wall, so there's an air gap between inner and outer skin that both insulates and quietens. Footprint 127 × 105 cm, height 195 cm. 137 kg dry, but the sauna ships as 5–6 separate panels (each 15–30 kg) — one person can carry them.

03

8 Mica heaters — named, not implied.

Inside the wall panels sit 8 Mica FAR infrared heaters. Mica is the wider, cleaner-emitting alternative to the 4 ceramic rods most entry saunas ship with. Each panel reaches 140 °F, rated for 3,000–5,000 hours, and together they distribute radiant heat evenly across the cabin instead of cooking you in stripes. Average EMF inside the cabin is 1.3 mG — 42× lower than competing saunas. That figure is why we specify Mica rather than ceramic.

04

Tempered glass door, reversible hinge.

Full-height tempered safety glass door — the visual cue that turns this into a piece of wellness equipment rather than a cupboard. The hinge is reversible: during assembly you can flip the door to open left instead of right, so the Tremblant fits the corner of the room you've chosen without forcing you to rearrange everything else. Handle on both sides.

— One specification. Canadian Hemlock · tongue-and-groove · dual-wall · 8 Mica FAR infrared heaters · tempered glass door · reversible hinge · digital panel · Bluetooth · LED chromotherapy · aromatherapy canister · 12 months all-in. No trim levels.

§ 04 · The Layout

Two adults.
Side-by-side.

The Tremblant is a 127 × 105 cm footprint at 195 cm tall — a genuine two-person cabin. Wider than the smaller Chilliwack by 25 cm across the bench, so two adults sit side-by-side with real elbow room rather than squeezed in. Eight Mica heaters over the wider footprint keep heat-up time the same as the Chilliwack — the experience is identical, the format is just bigger. If you only ever sauna solo, step down to the Chilliwack (101.5 × 96.5 × 190.5 cm) and save £200.

  • 01 / 2-PERSON CAPACITY
Two Adults · Side-By-Side With Elbow Room

Rated for two adults side-by-side — 127 cm of bench width is enough for two to sit without shoulders touching. Both sit upright; shoulders stay above the heater line so the infrared reaches the core body surface. The Tremblant is the Canadian Spa Co. range answer when two-up is the whole point. Genuinely two-person, not marketed as such and secretly one.

  • 02 / 127 × 105 × 195 CM
Wider Footprint · Still Fits A Spare Room

At 127 cm wide × 105 cm deep × 195 cm tall, the Tremblant fits a bigger spare bedroom, a garage, an outbuilding, or a conservatory. Slightly larger footprint than the Chilliwack but the same indoor-install expectations. Dry weight 137 kg (302 lbs) — but that's the total shipped weight. The sauna arrives as 5–6 separate panels, each 15–30 kg, that one person can carry up a staircase. Not a one-slab delivery like a hot tub shell.

  • 03 / 20–60 °C RANGE
    Infrared Range · Entry At 35 °C

The Tremblant operates across 20 °C to 60 °C, with 35 °C a typical entry setpoint. Infrared heats your core body, not the surrounding air — so you don't need the blast-furnace 90 °C of a traditional Finnish sauna to get the same sweat response. Heat-up 10–20 minutes — identical to the Chilliwack, because the extra pair of heaters covers the bigger area. Digital pre-heat timer lets you schedule a warm-up so the cabin's ready when you walk in.

— A note on siting & power

The Tremblant needs a level, solid floor sized to the 127 × 105 cm footprint, and around 200 cm of headroom to stand clear of the 195 cm cabin ceiling — which rules out low-ceiling basements but suits almost every spare room, garage or outbuilding. No ventilation engineering required (dry heat, no steam plume like a traditional sauna). Power is a standard UK 13 A socket within cable reach — 1,920 W total draw, RCD-protected recommended. Outdoor install isn't supported; the cabin is specified for indoor use. Call 01293 824 094 if you'd like us to talk through siting before you order.

The best treat ever!!

"The sauna was delivered to our pavement so we did have to unbox it and carry it up to our house as it's so heavy. My husband assembled most of it himself. Very easy to put together once you watch a YouTube video. Then switch on and ENJOY! What an absolute treat, we use it around 4 or 5 times per week, listening to podcasts via Bluetooth. It's one of the best things we've ever purchased. We've noticed a real improvement in sleep and it's just so relaxing. Love the chromotherapy lighting too. 100% recommend the Tremblant Sauna."

§ 08 · Before You Buy

Questions worth asking.

How hot does it actually get?

Up to 60 °C on the digital panel, with 35 °C a typical entry setpoint. Infrared heats your core body, not the surrounding air, so you don't need the blast-furnace 90 °C of a traditional Finnish sauna to get the same sweat response. Most owners settle in at 50–60 °C on the panel and come out drenched after 30–45 minutes.

Heat-up from cold is 10–20 minutes, with under 10 minutes once the cabin is already warmed through. First use after assembly takes a little longer as the Hemlock conditions. A digital pre-heat timer lets you schedule a warm-up so the cabin's ready when you walk in.

Why Mica heaters — not ceramic rods?

Two reasons. First, even heat: Mica panels are broad radiant surfaces, so the infrared reaches you as an even bath of heat rather than the striped point-source cooking you get from ceramic rods. Second, low EMF: average reading inside the cabin is 1.3 mG — 42× lower than competing saunas. That figure is the clearest single difference between Mica and ceramic construction at this price point, and it matters most if you're a long-session, multiple-times-a-week user.

Each heater is rated at 140 °F surface temperature and 3,000–5,000 hours of life. You get eight of them on the Tremblant (two more than the smaller Chilliwack), matched to the wider two-person footprint so heat-up time stays the same — more surface area covering more cabin, not fewer heaters struggling to warm a bigger space.

How many people does it fit?

Honest answer: two adults, side-by-side, with real elbow room. The Tremblant is a 127 × 105 cm footprint — 25 cm wider across the bench than the smaller Chilliwack — which is the step up that makes two-up sauna genuinely comfortable rather than a squeeze. Both sit upright; shoulders stay above the heater line so the infrared reaches the core body surface on each person. If you only ever sauna solo, step down to the Chilliwack — 101.5 × 96.5 × 190.5 cm, same wellness experience, smaller cabin, £200 less.

Is it complicated to assemble?

No — and this is the single biggest thing that surprises first-time owners. The Tremblant ships as 5–6 main panels (back, two sides, front-with-glass-door, floor, ceiling) that click together with locking clasps. No tools. No screws. No cabling to route — the heaters, controls, Bluetooth speakers and LED chromotherapy are pre-wired into the wall panels at the factory. Typically ~30 minutes with two people.

We offer a White Glove indoor set-up for £300 (delivered to room of choice, assembled, demoed, packaging removed) — but honestly, most customers don't need it. Seriously consider kerbside and save the £300 unless you want it upstairs, have mobility concerns, or simply don't want to fuss. The choice is genuine.

Do I need an electrician?

No. The Tremblant is plug-and-play on a standard UK 13 A socket, RCD-protected recommended. Total draw is 1,920 W — well inside a domestic ring-main's budget. No hardwiring, no isolator, no Part P paperwork. At 2026 UK electricity rates a 45-minute session is ~39p if the heaters ran flat out; in practice they cycle down once the cabin's at temperature, so a typical session is closer to 20–25p.

Where can I install it?

The Tremblant is specified for indoor use: spare bedrooms, garages, conservatories, outbuildings, summer houses. You need a level, solid floor sized to the 127 × 105 cm footprint, and around 200 cm of headroom to clear the 195 cm cabin with air above it. Basements with low ceilings are out; almost everything else is fine.

No ventilation engineering is required — this is dry heat, not steam, so there's no plume to exhaust. No water, no plumbing, no sanitation routine. Just a socket within cable reach and a floor that can carry 137 kg dry.

How is it delivered?

Free kerbside delivery to mainland UK, 1–2 weeks from order. The sauna arrives on a pallet as 5–6 separate panels, each 15–30 kg. This is critical to understand: unlike a hot tub shell that lands as one 140 kg slab, the Tremblant can be carried panel-by-panel — one person can take each panel up a staircase or through a narrow doorway without drama.

If you'd rather have us deliver to the room of your choice, assemble it, demo it and take the packaging with us, the White Glove Indoor Set-Up is a £300 paid add-on (2–3 weeks). Most customers don't need this — the assembly genuinely is click-together and fast. Upgrade if you want it upstairs, have mobility concerns, or just don't want to fuss.

What's the EMF claim about?

Infrared saunas generate an electromagnetic field around the heaters when they're running. Most category competitors either don't publish an EMF figure, or they publish one measured from an unhelpful distance. The Tremblant measures 1.3 mG average inside the cabin — 42× lower than competing saunas. Mica heater construction is fundamentally cleaner than the ceramic rod construction common at this price, which is why the number is what it is.

For most occasional users, EMF exposure in any modern sauna is not a clinical concern. It matters most if you're a heavy user (daily, 45+ minute sessions) and it's why we specify Mica rather than ceramic in the first place.

What are the wellness benefits?

Regular FAR infrared sauna use is associated with the following: removes toxins from the body (detoxification), improves skin look and feel, aids in weight loss, relieves body aches and muscle pain, supports post-workout muscle recovery, helps keep colds at bay (immune support), lowers blood pressure, supports those with arthritis or old sports injuries, and improves sleep quality. The chromotherapy LED system cycles through over 20 colours that target specific ailments colour-by-colour. An aromatherapy canister inside the cabin lets you add essential-oil mood work on top.

Not medical advice — talk to your GP if pregnant, cardiac conditions, uncontrolled hypertension, Raynaud's, or on medication. Infrared heat is a powerful physiological stimulus and should be treated like one.

What does the warranty cover?

12 months, parts and labour, all in. Covers the 8 Mica heaters, the digital controls, the Bluetooth / LED chromotherapy / aromatherapy electronics, and the Canadian Hemlock cabinetry. No split invoice between parts and labour, no tiered add-ons, no annual-service clause to keep it active. UK support, UK labour, one year.

Out of scope: owner-supplied consumables (essential oils, cleaning products), damage from outdoor install (the cabin is not rated for outdoor use), and misuse. White Glove indoor set-up (optional paid add-on) is covered by its own workmanship guarantee.

Why not just buy a premium sauna?

Genuine question, honest answer. The premium home-sauna category at this size sits in the £3,500–£6,000 bracket. The Tremblant is £2,099.00, and it gets there without the compromises you'd expect: 8 Mica heaters (not 4 ceramic), 1.3 mG EMF, Canadian Hemlock, Bluetooth, chromotherapy, plug-and-play 13 A, 12 months all-in, and UK support from Redhill. If the premium category's features matter but the premium category's price doesn't suit, this is the entry-level premium answer.

If you only ever sauna solo, step down to the Chilliwack — same Mica-heater principle, smaller cabin, £200 less. If you want the full contrast-therapy setup, pair the Tremblant with a Chill Therapy Spa.

Can I see one in person before ordering?

Yes. Our showroom is at Canada House, Unit 1, Salbrook Road, Redhill, Surrey · RH1 5GL. Ten minutes from Gatwick. Open Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and weekends 10am–4pm. Please call ahead (01293 824 094) if you'd like a Tremblant pre-heated and ready for you to step into — infrared needs a few minutes to settle.
