The collection includes eight piece types that work together as a system. You can use them around a single spa, or build out into a wider seating area for entertaining alongside the spa. The pieces are modular, so the layout can be reconfigured later if you re-do the patio or move the spa.
Materials and build
Each piece is constructed from weather-resistant synthetic rattan over a rust-proof, heavy-gauge aluminium frame, with an attractive wicker finish in a timeless dark brown that complements most garden decor. UK gardens are not gentle on outdoor furniture, wet autumns, salt-laden coastal air, frost-thaw cycles, so the combination of synthetic rattan and aluminium matters: no rust, no warping, no annual treatment required. The pieces are durable, lightweight enough for two people to move, and assemble straightforwardly using the supplied fixings.
Where to start: choose your step size
Begin with a Straight Step that matches the longest side of your spa. We offer four sizes:
- 79" / 200cm spa side, step width 33" / 85cm
- 84" / 213cm spa side, step width 39" / 100cm
- 90" / 228cm spa side, step width 45" / 115cm
- 96" / 243cm spa side, step width 51" / 130cm
Measure the spa side carefully before ordering. UK gardens are often tighter than the spa cabinet alone suggests, and getting the step right means cleaner sight-lines and safer entry into the spa.
Then choose your corner pieces
Once your step is in place, the corner pieces define the character of the surround. Three options:
- 2-Tier Steps, the safest entry option, especially useful for taller spas, older guests, or households with children. Doubles as casual seating.
- Planter, adds greenery at spa height; perfect for trailing plants, herbs you’ll actually use, or evergreen structure for winter interest.
- Bar with 2 Stools, the entertainer’s choice. Set drinks down without leaving the spa, or use the bar height for a quick outdoor dining setup.
Add straight pieces to extend the layout
If you’ve got the garden space, the straight pieces let you build out from the spa into a proper outdoor seating area:
- Straight Planter, extends greenery along the long side of the spa, or screens off a sight-line you’d rather not see.
- Straight Sofa, comfortable seating for guests who aren’t in the water; ideal alongside the spa for the wind-down stretch of the evening.
- Side Table, a low table for drinks, books, or a candle in the evening.
- Straight Bar, extended bar-height surface for serving food and drinks without setting up a separate table.

Frequently asked questions
Will the surround furniture fit my spa?
The system is built around square and rectangular acrylic hot tubs. Choose the step size that matches the longest side of your spa from the four options above. If your spa side falls between sizes, go up, the small overhang is easier to live with than an undersized step.
How weather-resistant is it for UK winters?
The synthetic rattan and rust-proof aluminium frame are designed for year-round outdoor use. The cushions on the sofa pieces should be brought inside during long wet spells or stored in a garden box; the frame and rattan structure stays out.
Is it heavy to assemble?
No, the aluminium frame keeps weight down, and the pieces ship flat-packed with the fixings included. Most pieces are a 15–30 minute assembly job for one or two people. The corner bar with stools takes a little longer.
Can I add to the set later if I start small?

Planning your layout, step by step
- Mark where the cover lifter swings and where the equipment access panel is. Keep both clear.
- Choose the entry side, ideally the one nearest the house.
- Pick the straight step for that side.
- Add a corner piece: steps for easier entry, a planter, or the bar.
- Add sofa, planter or side table pieces if you have the space.
- Check there is still a clear path round the spa for servicing.
Bar and storage ideas
- A corner bar puts drinks within reach of the spa seats, so no glasses on the cover or the acrylic.
- Use the side table for towels and robes, kept off wet ground.
- A waterproof storage box nearby keeps chemicals, test strips and the vacuum together. Store chemicals out of reach of children.

The pieces are freestanding, so they can be moved. Plan the layout so the equipment panel can be reached without moving the heaviest pieces.
Can I use the furniture with a spa in a gazebo?
