This replacement insulated cover is designed for the St. Lawrence 20ft (approximately 6m) Swim Spa and is available in a brown finish.

One of the most vulnerable areas of any cover is along the fold. If left unprotected, heat can easily escape along the fold's entire length. To prevent this, our covers feature a continuous heat-sealed gasket that runs the full length of the fold, ensuring maximum insulation and helping to reduce energy costs.

Each cover comes equipped with locking clips, allowing you to securely fasten the straps to your hot tub. For added safety and convenience, all covers should include lockable straps with buckles. Some manufacturers offer securing straps as optional extras, which can increase the overall cost.

Our covers are fitted with durable, reinforced handles—crafted from triple-folded, heavy-duty vinyl with double-stitched seams—providing a strong grip at both the ends and sides. The strategic positioning and multiple handles make the cover much easier to handle and operate.

Featuring an insulated polystyrene core, our expanded polystyrene offers superior insulating properties. The internal foam is vacuum-sealed with a 0.15 mm poly film vapor barrier, which not only extends the lifespan of the cover but also helps to retain heat.

The vapor and moisture barrier prevents water from seeping into the cover from both above and below, ensuring it stays lightweight and avoids becoming waterlogged.

The cover material is robust and long-lasting. The back is made from 100% polyester, while the top and bottom are treated for mold resistance, waterproofing, and UV protection.

To further minimize moisture loss and reduce water absorption, the underside is constructed from mildew-resistant vinyl, providing a durable and effective barrier against the elements.
