I am a tough customer to please but these guys went out of their way to help and explain every detail prior to purchase and were very careful to ensure every detail. When the product arrived, the delivery team could not do enough for us. They explained everything and put it together quickly. The product is very robust and high quality. You can see why it is Canadian with it's massive easily removed insulating cover and brilliant childproof safety locking system. The actual spa will blow you away. It's numerous led lighting effects change the colour and mood from crazy strobe to mellow blue and many in between. There is even a waterfall! Best of all it has pop up illuminated speakers which slowly rise up from the corners and really are a genius touch. Just set your iPod volume level, pop it in the special waterproof dock, decide on a mood colour, jump in and chill out. Each of the jets is adjustable and most can be shut off or directed where you want, allowing more or less power where you prefer. Hardest part is knowing at some point I have to get out, they even make that easy with a convenient step system. Thank you Canadian Spa Co this is the best product I have bought in years. Quality product and the best customer service if only all companies were like this!

Thank you to a very professional company. A very comprehensive demonstration settled our minds 100% on the Toronto Aurora beating all the competition at a very reasonable price, too. Canada Spa proved to be proficient beyond belief and delivered our tub with amazing efficiency. Within a few days we have road tested the spa with several friends and it performed beautifully. We would highly recommend Canada SPA and the Toronto tub. It is well loaded with features and is exactly what you expect from a highly specialised company. The aftercare and post sales has been excellent and hopefully will set us up for many years of enjoyment.

After initially buying a blow up hot tub (with water jets) and finding that it helped immensely with my shoulder injuries, we decided to invest in a real one after much research — it is definitely a minefield out there; horror stories of broken leaking tubs, bad customer service etc. etc. Well I can honestly say our experience with Canadian Spa was second to none. Even well before purchase, everyone at Canadian spa were so helpful, both by phone and email. Everything I asked was answered in detail including where the parts and tubs are manufactured and noise levels as we did not want to annoy our neighbours. Xavier especially helped me so much in the beginning and provided all the information I could ask for. All this provided confidence that I was dealing with the right company and I am fussy.

Now regarding delivery. There was no easy access to the rear garden so after several emails with Tony, sending some pictures, I was told it would need a Hiab to lift the tub over a neighbours garden or my garage. Initially I was trying to sort a Hiab in my locality, but due to issues sourcing this, Tony went out of his way arranged for their specialist delivery agent, Gary, to deliver the Spa using his Hiab. On delivery day, it was decided the best way to get the Spa into the garden was over the garage. Again Gary filled me with confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and slotted the tub easily into the garden and directly into the correct location. Connection was a breeze and Gary explained how everything worked, including the water treatment processes.

I did have time to try the audio with my phone, which sounds great and unexpectedly now seems to come with a USB socket for power and a Bluetooth connection. I suggest anyone purchasing a Toronto Spa or any Spa remembers to buy a complete chemical kit (I purchased the deluxe kit), some filter cleaning solution and a spare set of filters as this will make maintenance much easier. So, many thanks to Xavier, Tony, Adam, and Gary, and anyone else I missed who took my phone calls from Canadian Spa. Great service and a great product!

We brought this hot tub as we previously had a hot tub and wanted to upgrade to this Canadian spa. It's is so relaxing all works perfectly speaker so great and can be moved to face either inwards or outwards. Lights are great with lots different function and very easy to understand. Delivery drivers very helpful and even delivered through our gate into the garden. The staff were so helpful and informative on which product to purchase to our needs and requirements.

Just had our Canadian Spa hot-tub delivered and installed by Gary. It took a while and had to be manoeuvred on the sledge, instead of trolley, because of roof height and access. Gary remained cheerful and efficient throughout the whole process despite the difficulties. The hot tub looks fabulous and can't wait to get in it! I have had my Toronto now for a couple of weeks and am thoroughly enjoying it! Although I have used friends' spas in the past this is the first one of my own and what a great experience! Of course the tub is great and certainly lives up to my expectations; the quality is plain to see. However, more than this has been the fantastic support and after-sales service that I have received from the folk at Canadian Spa Company.

As a first-time owner there have been quite a few questions that I have had regarding care and use of the spa. Each time that I have phoned the folk at CSC (and I have spoken to 3 different people so it isn't just that I got lucky with one particularly good fellow) I have received excellent service. The advice and helpfulness is friendly, they give you as much time as you need, and their obvious expertise assures you in every way. It's one of the best bits of garden stuff we have. From offering to installing was such an easy process. When we thought we needed advice we rang and the response was phenomenal. The hot tub is great. There's nothing better than 30 minutes in the tub after spending all day working in the garden. I think that most of our friends have had a go in it as well.

Canadian Spa were very good from the beginning — we visited the store in Redhill knowing very little about hot tubs, but Xavier did a good job explaining the various models. It was delivered on the day we requested and it's been a great success. My wife has this idea of sitting in it with the snow falling all around, but last winter was just too mild.

We are very happy with our Canadian Spa Toronto hot tub. The delivery team were superb and very helpful in setting it up and ensuring we knew how to operate everything before they left, and having the starter pack of chemicals was a great help.

We have used it a great deal and it has been very reliable. There is nothing quite like being in the tub on a summer evening with the music playing through the speakers, just gazing up at the stars. We also enjoy using it through the winter, even on New Year's Eve watching all the local fireworks going off.

My family and I absolutely love our Toronto hot tub, we use it all year round. My children tend to use it mostly during the day and often after they have finished school. My wife and I use it in the evening and find it a great relaxer and use it 2–3 times a week. We've also found that we seem to sleep better after spending time in the hot tub. The only disappointing thing we found is the headrests — they have fallen apart and no longer stay in place; the material seems to perish quite quickly and we're on our second set, and they are quite expensive to replace. We used the spa throughout the fall and winter months and it has been a centrepiece for entertaining guests. We spent many nights over the winter enjoying the snowfall in the warmth and comfort of our Toronto spa.

Canadian Spa customer service has been good from day one. They were available to answer my questions as well as my electrician's. They spoke directly with him and aided with the power installation, which was helpful since I am not even close to an electrical expert. The delivery was a bit tricky but the driver was willing to move the tub into my back yard (even though he only needed to deliver kerbside).

Cleaning the tub was much easier than anticipated due to the handy drain control valve. Overall I am tremendously pleased. If I were to offer any constructive feedback: the aromatherapy reservoir didn't really work the way we'd thought and very little scent was picked up; and the control panel takes some getting used to. Those things are small however — my wife and I enjoy the tub very much and hope it continues to perform just as well as it did in these first 9 months. 10/10.

We have had our Canadian Spa for almost a year and have enjoyed using it throughout the year. When initially considering purchasing a spa my wife and I were a little unsure as to whether we would use it enough to warrant the investment — we actually use it between 2–5 times per week and love every minute of it.

We were also unsure about the maintenance aspects, especially using chemicals to maintain water balance. The literature available from Canadian Spas is really easy to follow and we have had no issues maintaining our spa.

We looked at a number of other spa providers such as Caldera and Sundance before a neighbour recommended Canadian Spas to us. The running costs of the spa have been as expected with regards to electricity and consumables and we believe it is worth the investment. To find a similar spa with a cover, steps, speakers, fountain and great jets you would pay a lot more money.

The delivery of the spa was done in torrential rain, but the installation guys were extremely professional and showed me everything from how to fill the tub up to the chemicals I would need to use. They were happy to stand in the rain and answer any questions I had.

The Toronto Spa we got is brilliant — the kids are in it more than us. Me and my wife use it a lot too. I installed it myself and just got it professionally connected to the mains. We were unsure at first whether to put a cover or canopy over it but really glad we didn't, as you don't need to and it's much more fun in the open.

We are indeed enjoying the tub very much. My husband and I climb in each night before bedtime and use it to relax, catch up on the day and enjoy the nightscape. We have found it very easy to take care of — the operating costs were what we had expected, although the set-up and installation costs (electrical, preparing the pad, moving the tub into place) were considerably more costly than we had budgeted.

The performance of the spa is fantastic. It is spacious and can comfortably accommodate five people. The jets are more than powerful enough and can be adjusted to suit individual needs. The waterfall and lights are a particularly pleasing touch. My family love to relax in the spa at least once a week, which is probably the only time that we sit and talk to one another.

This was the best investment we made in our garden. My wife was not keen on it but now she loves it. Funnily enough we used it much more in winters than in summers. Your customer support line is good. They are never keen on selling things and happy to provide good advice.

I purchased my Canadian Spa Toronto model after discussing your products at length with a very pleasant man in your company called Xavier. With regards to after-sales service he assured me that if anything went wrong with the spa a service engineer would come out as soon as possible, and if he thought that the spa warranted changing then it would be without question.

After around 9 months I had a problem and sure enough, after calling your service department, an engineer was sent to take a look. He arrived the following day and decided that the spa should be replaced. A few days later my replacement spa arrived and was swiftly fitted and commissioned by a gentleman called Gary Wardle, who may I add is a credit to your company — diligent, polite and very knowledgeable.

As for the spa itself, I love it. As I have quite a lot of disabilities it has changed my life and I don't know how I managed without a hot tub to soak away some of my pain. All of the family and my grandchildren absolutely adore it as well — Grandad's house is very popular now.

We purchased the Toronto hot tub from Canadian Spa Company in November 2013 after much research. The price was favourable for the specification, and delivery and installation was included to the Isle of Wight with just the cost of the ferry to pay.

We are using the hot tub on a near-daily basis and find that the temperature set is always correct, and water chemical balance easy to control once the basics are mastered and filters cleaned regularly. We find that we need to change the water every 2 months — easy to drain and clean.

The true test of Canadian Spa Company came when we noticed a leak had occurred from one of the jets. From contacting the company to the service engineer attending and rectifying the fault was just 3 days — impressive as we are on the Isle of Wight.

After noticing a Canadian Spa Company Toronto hot tub in our local store I'm pleased to say it was a worthwhile purchase. We have installed our hot tub within our decking and have found the addition of the Toronto hot tub into our garden the perfect finishing touch. The build quality is excellent and once installed into the sunken area looks fantastic.

Once you have mastered the controls and chemical balances there is no better way than spending an evening under the stars in 38 °C water, with mood lighting and relaxing music playing from the speakers. The ongoing cost of maintaining the hot tub is minimal and the additional cost is certainly worthwhile for the hours of fun and relaxation.

The guys that delivered the spa were very good — they managed to manoeuvre the spa over a wall and under a telephone wire which could have caused problems. They positioned the spa where I wanted, fitted the cover, filled it and explained how it worked (they worked late into the night).

Using the spa is quite simple — the controls are easy to use, however it would have been better if you could set the filter and heating times independently. The seating in general is quite comfortable apart from the lounger, which is fine for my partner but I find a little uncomfortable. The only downside is that you have to use the diverter valve to have jets on both sides of the tub and as a consequence you get a reduced flow.

With hindsight I would have bought a tub which did not have the diverter valve but had another pump for the jets on the other side. Overall we are pleased with the Toronto spa and should the need arise we would buy another Canadian Spa.

The quality of the hot tub is brilliant and we are really enjoying it. I purchased my Canadian Spa hot tub last year after saving up for a few years. I have not been disappointed. It is the best thing I have ever bought.

I have a daughter who suffers with Rheumatoid Arthritis and is in constant pain, and the hot tub really relieves her pain. I work in a stressful job and in the evening I love nothing more than soaking in my tub. I wouldn't be without it.

We are very much enjoying the hot tub, especially over the winter months watching the stars. The company have been very helpful if I have had cause to ring. Delivery was not included when I purchased from our local store, which would have been a lot less hassle than organising it myself — luckily I know a man with a big van and several burly neighbours to site it.

I am delighted to tell you that we use it at least five days out of seven most weeks. Our friends are amazed that we continue to use it throughout the winter, but when we invite them to try for themselves, they quickly understand what fun it is.

We purchased the tub from a local dealer who arranged for collection by the installers, who duly delivered and commissioned the spa. They were much quicker than we expected. We now have a large light-green open wooden shelter (3 m × 3 m) with an apex roof protecting us from the elements, so use in even heavy rain is no problem. The whole installation is very attractive and blends well with the garden. We do enjoy relaxing in the warm water, with smooth music from the sound system and a glass (plastic of course) of wine. I wish we had known about the Canadian products earlier.

Our spa was purchased from our local store in Sheffield, so the delivery and set-up was carried out by ourselves and our electrician. However, we did have a problem with the lights not working and had to place a phone call to your customer services department. They were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction to get them working by recommending that we check the master light, as it has a tendency to come loose in transit. This is exactly what had happened.

We are very happy with our spa. It was purchased with us not knowing if we would use it very much, hence we purchased a basic spa with only one pump. It turns out we love the spa and would no doubt be looking to upgrade to a more powerful one in the future. We would definitely purchase another Canadian Spa — they are easy to use, easy to maintain and reliable.

I am loving the hot tub. It is the best thing I have ever bought. There is so much room and I really enjoy the atmosphere the lights give, and the choice is great. I like that there are lights in the speakers also and being able to play music is really great. Overall it is a really great hot tub. I am pleased and am happy with the 2-year free warranty included although I have not needed to use it yet.

My family had been looking to buy a hot tub for some time and having done lots of research on available hot tubs we eventually purchased a Canadian Spa Toronto hot tub, and 14 months on are sure it was the correct decision.

The reasons for purchasing this tub over others were the quality of the tub and associated pumps, the additional features (such as built-in pop-up speakers) and the backup of a good company who stand behind their products. We've used the tub several times a week for the past 14 months and still enjoy it as much today as we did on the first day.

On the one time where we did have an issue with the tub (a speaker stopped popping up), we found Canadian Spa to be incredibly helpful and after just one phone call they had dealt with the issue and arranged a replacement.

The tub has been very easy to operate and maintain. It is a great feature in our garden and always a talking point and fun place to hang out with our friends and the kids. Highly recommended.

The hot tub has been everything we had hoped for, and as a family of six there is always someone using it. It is great for an evening unwind and especially lovely in the winter months to be able to sit outside. We built a decking area and put a cedar wood gazebo over the hot tub and created a chill-out area next to it.

We love the lighting and the fact that you can play music from your phone using speakers built into the hot tub.

We have been away in America and I did miss our hot tub. Our friends have not got one, which is strange when you think everyone in the US has outdoor pools and tubs — so it was great to come home, especially after a long flight, to get in there and relax and unwind.

With regard to Canadian Spa, when I first purchased the tub from our local store we were having building work done at home so it was not convenient to get it delivered straight away. No problem — I spoke to your office and they could not have been more helpful and obliging. Delivery went very easily and we are delighted.

We bought the Canadian Spa Toronto 6-person hot tub after doing a lot of homework and sampling a cheaper version for a year first to see if we would use a spa. After now owning our Canadian Spa for 14 months I'm pleased to say how impressed we are with it. We have enjoyed many an evening chilled under the stars, a few parties with friends and most weekends our children enjoy it with their friends — music and lights on. Looks, sounds and the whole experience is amazing.

Canadian Spa customer care and warranty is also fantastic. After 12 months we had blistering on the inside of the hot-tub cover, for which we had a brand new cover sent out free of charge.

I have recommended Canadian Spa to a few friends who have all purchased similar tubs and are all well impressed. My next spa, if I ever upgrade, will 100% be another Canadian Spa.
