Bought the Spa back in September 2015. Delivery driver arrived and the access was tight, so it took many manoeuvres to position the vehicle in order to crane the spa into my garden. Guy was very patient and happy to help.

Roughly 18 months after purchase one of the pumps stopped working. As the spa was still under warranty, we called Canadian spa and they sent someone out straight away to replace it.

We have now enjoyed our Vancouver Spa hot tub for almost 3 years ago and are fortunate to have sited it where we have unprecedented views across a Dale in North Yorkshire. The tub arrived on the specified date and time, the engineers who installed and commissioned the tub were friendly and extremely efficient and the tub was up and running in no time at all and we duly christened it the following day.

The product is of outstanding quality and although we have had cause to contact the after-sales service on a couple of occasions we have found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and able to deal with our queries both quickly and efficiently and resolved them to our satisfaction.

We would therefore definitely have no hesitation in recommending the product to anyone who is contemplating purchasing a hot tub.

We purchased the Vancouver hot tub 2 years ago now and from start to finish Canadian spa have been one of the best companies I have dealt with. Especially Xavier, from the first email to answering all questions, through to delivery and customer support afterwards not only was he great when we first purchased the hot tub but even to now any questions have been so quick to reply to emails.
The Vancouver itself has been a great addition to our garden and honestly one of the best purchases we have made and I’m so glad that we went with Canadian spa to make it the best experience. My aunty and uncle purchased the Winnipeg which we saw and again they couldn’t recommend the company enough.
The delivery went smoothly considering it was a bit of an awkward access as we were at the beginning stage of having the garden redone. The guys did brilliantly and were very helpful from start to finish.
The hot tub has been brilliant, from the built-in speakers with perfect waterproof port for iPod to the different LED lights and different massage settings. We have already had hours of relaxation time in there with many more to come.
If you are looking for a great hot tub at great prices with the best customer service around, then look no further then Canadian spa. Highly recommended (especially Xavier) 5* treatment with a 5*product.

I recently shopped around to buy a hot tub. I spoke to a number of companies and, due to having difficult access to my garden, was not getting anywhere fast.
Canadian spa and their customer service were superb in all respects. They supplied me a great tub - the Vancouver. They came out to install and were extremely professional in all matters and have left me a very satisfied customer. Xavier and Tony deserve special mention as they go above and beyond to answer queries.
I would definitely recommend Canadian spa if you are in the market for a hot tub as their products after looking around appear superior and the customer service is first class which is rare in this country.

Thank you so much to all at Canadian Spa for making the buying and installation of our Vancouver Spa a wonderful experience and especially the installers, Graham and his colleague, who after finding out my wooden Gazebo framework was too low for the cover lifter mechanism to clear, helped me modify/alter it.
