§ 01 · THE TORONTO

A full lounger,
a deep therapy seat,
and a pair of 5HP pumps.

A roomy full-length lounger runs along one side of the tub, a finely sculpted therapy seat with a targeted jet cluster sits across from it, and a cosy corner nook rounds out the six-seat layout. The lounger is the seat most owners soak in on their own; the therapy seat is the one you head to when your back needs real attention; the corner nook is where the evening slows down.

44 adjustable hydro-massage jets on a WhiteWater™ delivery system are fed by two independent 5HP pumps — the same dual-pump setup as our flagship spas. The second pump means every seat can run at real pressure at the same time, which matters the moment more than two adults are in the tub. Oversized pipework and tailored air venturi controls let you dial the massage to the muscle.

A built-in aromatherapy canister releases your choice of soothing scents, while two slow-rise Bluetooth speakers carry the evening. Multi-coloured Aurora™ LED lighting shifts the mood: perimeter lights along the waterline, large underwater LEDs, and an LED-backlit cascading waterfall. The Toronto ships with 100 ft² of filtration and Mountain Pure™ UV + ozone water care to keep things clean without over-chlorinating.

§ 02 · Engineered In Detail

Every feature earning its place.

The Toronto sits in the middle of the range — 44 jets on two pumps, UV + ozone water care, a full-length lounger and a deep therapy seat — without jumping to the flagship price tag.

01 · HYDROTHERAPY
44jets
Dual-Pump Hydrotherapy

44 adjustable hydro-massage jets on a WhiteWater™ Jet Delivery System, powered by two independent 5HP pumps. Oversized pipework and tailored air venturi controls let every seat run at real pressure at the same time — no compromise when the tub is full.

02 · SANITATION
AO3P
Mountain Pure™ UV + Ozone

Mountain Pure™ sanitation combines ozone and UV-C to neutralise bacteria without over-chlorinating the water. The cleanest water with the fewest chemicals — kinder on skin and eyes, easier on the filters.

03 · FILTRATION
100ft²
Microban Glacier

The Toronto ships with 100 ft² of filtration — two 50 ft² Microban Glacier cartridges installed. Microban-infused media inhibits bacterial growth on the filter itself for the life of the cartridge, and water is filtered before reaching critical components to reduce the risk of damage.

04 · LIGHTING
colours
Aurora™ LED System

Full multi-zone control: perimeter waterline lights, large underwater LEDs, and an LED-backlit cascading waterfall. Shift the mood from soak to swim to sleep with the touch of a button.

05 · HEAT RETENTION
3kW
Balboa Smart Heating

3kW Balboa heater with smart sensors — shuts off within half a degree of your target. Triple-layer insulation with infra-red reflection and thermal transfer blocks on shell, cabinet and base.

06 · CONTROLS
BP
Balboa BP Controls

An extra-large overlay pad adjusts jets, pumps and temperature with a single touch. Reliable, responsive, and easy to use wet-handed — the control system trusted across the spa industry for decades.

07 · AUDIO
2×
Bluetooth Speakers

Two slow-rise waterproof retractable speakers with built-in high-fidelity amplifiers deliver clear acoustics at volume — pair your phone from anywhere in the garden.

08 · ENERGY
72hr
ThermalSprings™

Our Heat Reclamation System prevents heat loss and recycles sanitised water. High-density closed-cell foam in the shell captures motor waste heat — warming the water, not the outside air.

§ 03 · The Finish

Why we only
do one colour.

Most hot tub brands offer four or five shell colours. We offer one — a white shell with an understated marbling through it, paired with a dark brown cabinet that matches the cover. It isn't a compromise. It's the answer we arrived at after years of watching owners live with their spas.

01

No weekly wipe-down.

Calcium builds up at the waterline on every hot tub — that's just hot water chemistry. On dark shells, you see it. You end up wiping the tub down on a regular basis to keep it looking respectable. On our marbled white, the calcium is still there, but it disappears into the finish. Most people buy a hot tub to take away their stress, not to give themselves a part-time job wiping it down. That's the main reason we landed on white.

02

The lighting comes alive at night.

The Aurora™ LED package — perimeter lights, large underwater LEDs, and the LED-backlit cascading waterfall — was designed to wash colour across the shell. A white marbled interior picks up and carries every hue. On a dark shell, the lights just sit there. On this one, they paint the whole tub.

03

Built to sit with garden furniture.

The dark brown cabinet is colour-matched to the cover, and the pairing is designed to sit naturally alongside rattan — the most common garden furniture choice in a British back garden. It's not trying to be a feature. It's trying to blend in.

— A note on the range: Patio Spas, London SE, Erie SE, Alberta and Kingston ship with black covers instead of brown. The Toronto ships with brown.

§ 04 · Seating Layout

Six seats.
Three positions.

Every seat in the Toronto has been placed with the body in mind — where your armrests naturally fall, how deep you sit, and which muscle group meets which jet cluster.

  • 01 / FULL-LENGTH LOUNGER
    Full-Length Lounger

A contoured lounger stretches the full width of one side — calves, thighs, lumbar and shoulders in a single seat. Jet clusters fire along the spine and into the calves for the deepest, longest massage in the spa. The seat you settle into on the nights you need to properly switch off.

  • 02 / SCULPTED THERAPY SEAT
    Sculpted Therapy Seat

A deep, finely sculpted upright opposite the lounger. Back, shoulder and neck jets are positioned for focused therapy — the seat for a stiff neck after a long day at a desk or a heavy session in the gym.

  • 03 / CORNER NOOK
    Cosy Corner Nook

A tucked-in corner position for a quieter soak — chest-high, feet up on the footwell, less jet action and more just sitting in warm water. The spot everyone ends up in at the end of the night.

— A note on fit

The Toronto seats six adults comfortably — but like any 213 × 213 cm spa, it soaks four or five most nights, with the sixth seat useful when friends come over. If you want the maximum physical depth of soak for a tall frame, take a look at the Vancouver UV (227 × 227 cm, twin no-float loungers). Not sure which way to go? Book a showroom visit and sit in both.

"Best product I have bought in years."

I am a tough customer to please but these guys went out of their way to help and explain every detail prior to purchase and were very careful to ensure every detail. When the product arrived, the delivery team could not do enough for us. They explained everything and put it together quickly. The product is very robust and high quality. You can see why it is Canadian with it's massive easily removed insulating cover and brilliant childproof safety locking system. The actual spa will blow you away. It's numerous led lighting effects change the colour and mood from crazy strobe to mellow blue and many in between. There is even a waterfall! Best of all it has pop up illuminated speakers which slowly rise up from the corners and really are a genius touch. Just set your iPod volume level, pop it in the special waterproof dock, decide on a mood colour, jump in and chill out. Each of the jets is adjustable and most can be shut off or directed where you want, allowing more or less power where you prefer. Hardest part is knowing at some point I have to get out, they even make that easy with a convenient step system. Thank you Canadian Spa Co this is the best product I have bought in years. Quality product and the best customer service if only all companies were like this!

"Proficient beyond belief."

Thank you to a very professional company. A very comprehensive demonstration settled our minds 100% on the Toronto Aurora beating all the competition at a very reasonable price, too. Canada Spa proved to be proficient beyond belief and delivered our tub with amazing efficiency. Within a few days we have road tested the spa with several friends and it performed beautifully. We would highly recommend Canada SPA and the Toronto tub. It is well loaded with features and is exactly what you expect from a highly specialised company. The aftercare and post sales has been excellent and hopefully will set us up for many years of enjoyment.

"Great 5★ experience from start to finish."

After initially buying a blow up hot tub (with water jets) and finding that it helped immensely with my shoulder injuries, we decided to invest in a real one after much research — it is definitely a minefield out there; horror stories of broken leaking tubs, bad customer service etc. etc. Well I can honestly say our experience with Canadian Spa was second to none. Even well before purchase, everyone at Canadian spa were so helpful, both by phone and email. Everything I asked was answered in detail including where the parts and tubs are manufactured and noise levels as we did not want to annoy our neighbours. Xavier especially helped me so much in the beginning and provided all the information I could ask for. All this provided confidence that I was dealing with the right company and I am fussy.

Now regarding delivery. There was no easy access to the rear garden so after several emails with Tony, sending some pictures, I was told it would need a Hiab to lift the tub over a neighbours garden or my garage. Initially I was trying to sort a Hiab in my locality, but due to issues sourcing this, Tony went out of his way arranged for their specialist delivery agent, Gary, to deliver the Spa using his Hiab. On delivery day, it was decided the best way to get the Spa into the garden was over the garage. Again Gary filled me with confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and slotted the tub easily into the garden and directly into the correct location. Connection was a breeze and Gary explained how everything worked, including the water treatment processes.

I did have time to try the audio with my phone, which sounds great and unexpectedly now seems to come with a USB socket for power and a Bluetooth connection. I suggest anyone purchasing a Toronto Spa or any Spa remembers to buy a complete chemical kit (I purchased the deluxe kit), some filter cleaning solution and a spare set of filters as this will make maintenance much easier. So, many thanks to Xavier, Tony, Adam, and Gary, and anyone else I missed who took my phone calls from Canadian Spa. Great service and a great product!

"Product is great, so relaxing."

We brought this hot tub as we previously had a hot tub and wanted to upgrade to this Canadian spa. It's is so relaxing all works perfectly speaker so great and can be moved to face either inwards or outwards. Lights are great with lots different function and very easy to understand. Delivery drivers very helpful and even delivered through our gate into the garden. The staff were so helpful and informative on which product to purchase to our needs and requirements.

"Cheerful professionalism and efficiency."

Just had our Canadian Spa hot-tub delivered and installed by Gary. It took a while and had to be manoeuvred on the sledge, instead of trolley, because of roof height and access. Gary remained cheerful and efficient throughout the whole process despite the difficulties. The hot tub looks fabulous and can't wait to get in it! We would highly recommend Tony of Canadian Spa and Gary for their cheerful professionalism and efficiency.

§ 08 · Before You Buy

Questions worth asking.

Can I get the Toronto in another colour?

We only ship one finish: a marbled white shell with a dark brown cabinet and brown cover, designed to sit naturally alongside rattan garden furniture. It's a deliberate decision — the white shell hides waterline calcium that you'd otherwise be wiping off a dark shell every week, and it carries the Aurora™ LED lighting far better at night.

A few of our other ranges (Patio Spas, London SE, Erie SE, Alberta and Kingston) ship with black covers — but the Toronto is brown across the board.

What's included in delivery and how long will it take?

Free kerbside delivery to mainland UK — we bring the Toronto to the kerbside at your delivery address. You'll need clear access for the lorry and enough people on-site to move it into position. The Scottish Highlands are quotable on request.

If you'd rather not move it yourself, we offer an Upgraded Back Garden Installation Service for +£799. Our team handles getting the spa from the kerb into its final position in your garden. Access is the main thing to think about — we'll confirm the route with you before the day.

Current lead times: allow 2–3 weeks for kerbside delivery and 3–4 weeks for the Back Garden Installation Service. These are the cautious estimates we're quoting right now — we're normally faster than this, and we'll always confirm a firm date with you once your order is in.

How do the filters work, and when do they need replacing?

Your Toronto arrives with two 50 ft² Microban Glacier filters already installed and ready to go — 100 ft² of filtration in total. The filter media is infused with Microban, an antimicrobial agent that inhibits bacterial growth on the filter itself for the full life of the cartridge. Paired with the Mountain Pure™ UV + ozone sanitation, it means cleaner water with fewer chemicals.

Replacement schedule: we recommend replacing the filters every 4–6 months, or sooner if they look discoloured or worn.

A good trick: keep two sets of filters on rotation, so you can pop in a clean set while you soak and rinse the used set overnight.

Who is the Toronto best suited to?

The Toronto is our mid-range six-seater — a 213 × 213 cm footprint, a full-length lounger, a sculpted therapy seat, 44 adjustable jets on two 5HP pumps and Mountain Pure™ UV + ozone water care for £8,500. It's the right spa for a household of 2–4 people who want real hydrotherapy, a proper lounger for a long soak, and the dual-pump setup of our flagships — without stepping up to the flagship price.

If you want more hydrotherapy again (58 jets, twin no-float loungers, 227 × 227 cm), take a look at the flagship Vancouver UV or the twin-Captain's Thunder Bay. Looking for the same spec at the lowest price? The smaller Winnipeg UV is the entry point. Unsure? Book a showroom visit and sit in all of them.

Do I need an annual service to keep the warranty active?

No. Our 2-year parts and labour warranty runs from the date of delivery with no mandatory annual service. Some brands require a paid manufacturer service every year to keep cover active — miss one, warranty voided. We think that's a tax, not a condition.

That said: an annual service is still a good idea for the long-term health of any hot tub. It's a recommendation we'll happily make — it's just not tied to your cover.

What does the warranty actually cover?

Two separate layers, both included as standard:

2 years parts & labour — the shell structure, pump, heater, and control system. If something fails in normal use, we replace the part and fit it, anywhere in the UK.

10 years against water loss through the shell structure — structural protection for the core integrity of the acrylic body.

You can also extend the parts and labour cover by a further 2 years for £850 (this tier; £500 on Patio Spas, £1,200 on Swim Spas). The extension is stackable — buy it twice and you get four additional years — and can be purchased at any point while still under warranty.

What electrical supply do I need?

The Toronto runs on 230 V and needs to be wired to a dedicated 32 A RCD breaker in your consumer unit, via an outside rotary isolator switch. Your electrician runs the cable (typically 6 mm armoured tri-core) from the RCD to the spa, and should leave roughly 5 m of slack outside the footprint of the spa so our installers can bring the armoured tail into the cabinet and connect it on delivery day. None of this kit — the breaker, the isolator, the cable, or the cable gland — is supplied with the spa or brought by our installers; we connect using the tail your electrician leaves. It's a short, straightforward job for any competent spark, but please have them lined up and the cable run ahead of delivery. Electrical connection itself sits outside our delivery and installation service.

How much does the Toronto cost to run?

Running costs depend on your energy tariff, how often you use the spa, and your discipline with the cover. Thanks to the ThermalSprings™ heat reclamation system, triple-layer insulation with infra-red reflection, and the winter-rated hardtop cover, the Toronto is one of the more energy-efficient six-seaters on the market — several owners have specifically called out how efficient and quiet it runs.

Most UK owners report monthly running costs in the region of £60–£75 a month across the year, working out to roughly £2–£2.50 a day. Pairing the spa with our optional Balboa Clim8zone II heat pump typically reduces that further. Speak to the team on 01293 824 094 and we'll model your specific setup.

Is it actually usable all year round?

Yes. The Toronto is built for year-round outdoor use — acrylic shell, triple-layer insulation, and a heat-trapping winter-rated hardtop cover with locking straps. Many owners say a soak on a cold, clear night is the single best argument for owning one.

What's included in the price?

As standard you get the hardtop locking insulating cover, the Aurora™ LED lighting system, the Bluetooth audio system, the two installed Microban Glacier filters, the aromatherapy canister, all manuals, and free kerbside delivery to mainland UK. Add the installation package and we also include a top-mount cover lifter, a black plastic step, and a chemical starter kit — these three can also be purchased separately if you don't want the install. What we don't supply is any of the electrical kit — the 32 A RCD breaker, outside rotary isolator, armoured cable, and cable gland all sit outside our scope and are fitted by your qualified electrician ahead of delivery day.

Can I see it in person?

Yes — please do. Our showroom is at Canada House, Unit 1, Salbrook Road, Redhill, Surrey · RH1 5GL. Ten minutes from Gatwick. Open Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and weekends 10am–4pm. No appointment needed, but booking means we'll try to have the Toronto available to view for you when you arrive.
