One part of the spa that has undergone constant innovation is the jets that we use in our spas. Unfortunately this can lead to some difficulty when attempting to find a replacement part, but our customer service team will be able to assist you with all your questions. We stock a variety of new and older jet models to provide a complete product lifecycle for our spas.
For spas manufactured from 2001 – 2007, your jets will have a white plastic backing (WW) and should be able to be replaced with any other WW jet. During 2007 – 2009 the jets used have a black plastic backing (RD) which was most common in the Alberta spa. From 2009 – present, any grey backing jet (HU) will suffice as a replacement that can be found on our site.
