Hot tubs and swim spas require access for servicing by a qualified engineer.
If the item cannot be freely moved (i.e.: it is sunk in a pit or decking), sufficient access is needed for service and work required under warranty.
We recommend you allow at least 600mm clearance around your hot tub and 900mm for Swim Spas .
If you are decking around the hot tub or swim spa, we strongly advise that you do this after the item has been delivered. Swim Spas cannot often be moved without a crane.
