Securing your spa using the key lock provided to protect your spa against the elements and prevent unauthorised entry
Included with every Canadian Spa Cover purchase is a set of plastic locking clips that are used to secure your cover along with a key to lock them in place.
The clips are screwed into the side of the spa as part of a locking mechanism to secure your cover (screws are included with the cover straps – no drilling required) and help prevent accidents or unauthorised entry (particularly if you have young children).
We recommend that you wait a full 24 hours after you have the spa running to install these clips as the cover will take some time to properly settle and take shape.
