Make sure you register your hot tub warranty

Canadian Spa Company Owner`s Manual (Warranty)

Our Canadian Spa Owners Manual outlines all of the specific requirements from installing to maintaining your hot tub and explains the Warranty Details to you. Haven`t checked it before? Here are a couple of important pieces that need to be known…

  • When installing a Plug & Play hot tub, be sure to plug directly into a wall socket via an RCD (a Residual Current Device is a safety device that switches
off electricity if there is a fault and provides additional protection against electric
shock). Note: Do not use an extension cord to connect power to hot tub
  • Make sure you can provide access to all the surrounding panels of the hot tub in case service is required
  • Be sure to fill up the tub before turning it on
  • There are various local electrical codes that must be adhered to when installing your spa, make sure you research them first

These are just a few significant details that need to be followed to ensure that your warranty won’t be considered void. Please read over the manual before use to save you money and keep you safe.
