These guidelines relate to the following Canadian Spa Company products: Grand Rapids, Swim current and Muskoka portable hot tubs:
1. Dirty filter cartridge – clean or replace
2. Airlock- unplug from the electrical socket. Bleed air from the filter by turning the air purge valve on top of the filter housing counter-clockwise.
3.’O'-ring on top of the filter housing is not placed properly or damaged. Adjust or replace.
4. Press the filter button. If filtration still does not work contact your local service engineer.
